Why not let the benefits of yoga come to you. We all live 'fast and hard' these days and it's often difficult to get to a yoga class. I can come to you for a personal training session in yoga, which can be designed to suit your particular goals. These might include:
- Strengthening
- Toning
- Stress Management
- Relaxation
- Meditation
- Energising
- Positive thinking
- Recuperation
Or, perhaps all of the above.
Individual or group classes are available. The duration for one-on-one sessions is 2 hours. The other alternative is to organise a class with a group of your friends. The minimum class size is 3 people and the duration is 1 and ¼ hours. Afterwards, you can relax and catch up with your friends, perhaps even alternate where the classes are held—a 'progressive' yoga class.
